Volunteering!
We are currently accepting help for our 2026 Winter Work-Share Program. If you are willing to work every-other-week Winter Farmers Market shifts from November through May in exchange for your Winter CSA share, we would love to have you on as a consistent and crucial part of our team. If interested, please email us at wellfedworkshare@gmail.com for more information.
We also accept any kind of volunteer help when offered! You don't need to be a part of any formal program, you just need to be willing to work and learn. You can always expect to be compensated with veggies in return for your time. One thing... we do ask that you are capable of lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly, and are available to volunteer for at least a 3-hour shift. Reach out to wellfedworkshare@gmail.com to find out more about volunteering.

Working at Well Fed
2026 positions are currently all filled!
But if you are eager, volunteer or apply for 2027 positions. Read below to understand what we're looking for.
Vegetable production experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Experience in landscaping, construction, and other outdoor labor positions is a plus. We are looking for someone who enjoys working outside, is physically fit, capable of working long days, can work well in challenging weather, be an active team player, and has excellent communication skills. We are a tight knit crew here at Well Fed and we highly value attitude, charisma, and personality, not only work skills.
All farm crew members must have reliable transportation, be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly, be able to work well alone and with the team, be able to retain and perform complex instruction and duties, and be respectful and conscientious.
To apply for any of the positions listed below, please email your resume, a short cover letter, and 2 professional references to wellfedfarmstead@gmail.com. In the email subject line please let us know which position(s) you are interested in applying for. You can indicate more than one position, in case your first priority is already filled. Prior farming experience on a food production farm is a big plus in our hiring process, but not necessary to apply.
Although all the positions below are currently seasonal, Well Fed does have opportunities for year-round employment. If you work a seasonal position and have desire to stay on the crew through the winter, that is a possibility.
